Spooky and Sweet...

Can you believe that tomorrow is the first day of Autumn??! This whole year has just flown by, it's crazy! Today I have a sweet little card featuring "Halloween Girl" from Whimsy and Stars Studio. This is one of my favorite images, it reminds me of my daughter when she was little. She loved dress up and had lots of costumes, one was a really cute little witch outfit.
I added some hot pink to my Halloween colors, just to change things up a bit. She is colored with Copic Markers. I used several scrap pieces that were on my desk for this card, A Muse Studio Grape, Orange, Orange Petite Stripe, and Berry card stocks. I stamped The polka dots on the Orange paper with Berry ink using "Polka Dots Patterns", also from A Muse Studio. I stamped the tickets with "That's The Ticket" and die cut them with the matching die.

A Muse September Blog Hop

It's time for another A Muse Studio Blog Hop! This month our theme is Autum!! I chose Halloween!
 If you are participating in the blog hop, you should have come from Carissa's blog and if not, then you should start from the beginning with Karen's blog until you come to my blog.
I chose to make a cute little Halloween mini album for my project, I am loving all the fun new sets we have in the new Holiday Catalog. This is also a little sneak peek for all my Hostess Group girls, we will be making this together next week!!

For this project I used our wonderful Coasterboard as a base, it is great because you can cut it with your nestabilities! The papers I chose to use are Grass, Belini, Grape, Orange Cheveron, and Sleepy Hollow Card Stocks. The stamp sets I used are Toil and Trouble, Candy Corn Kisses, No Peeking, Screenprint Background, Mod Backgrounds 1 and 2.

October Classes

Can you believe it is October already?! Christmas will be here before we know it, so let's get a jump start on some of those holiday projects. This month's Card class is all about Christmas, we will be making 8 different Christmas cards using a bright and whimsical paper from My Minds Eye called Colorful Christmas.
This class will be held on October 16th at 10:00, at The Crafter's Mall.

August Stamp of the Month- Delightfully Spooky

Can you believe that it is August already!? I just wanted to share some samples that I made up using "Delightfully Spooky" the August Stamp of The Month from The Angel Company.  Such a cute set and so much fun to color. I made this card using a card sketch from Heather Scott's blog, every week she offers a sketch to try, along with some wonderful creations that are sure to inspire. If you have some time go take a peek.




This next card uses the same set, with a $30.00 purchase you can get this set for $10.95 this month! It will still be available after this month, but at it's regular price of $15.95. I used a cuttle bug embossing folder to create the web, after it was embossed I rubbed it with some black ink to make it show up better then I added a little shimmer with my gel pen to make it pop.
