New Inspiration Book and Catalog!!!!

Well I just got home a couple of hours ago from one of the most memorable and wonderful experiences I have ever had!!  I have just returned from The Angel Company Seminar!!! I can not remember when I have had such a fabulous time! I met so many amazingly talented and sweet Angels, many who have been my "Super Hero's" for several years now. So wonderful to actually meet them in real life! I have to say, all of them were even more wonderful than I imagined, and I have a vivid imagination!! I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you, to each and everyone there for making my first seminar such an incredible experience!! I am still trying to wrap my head around all the wonderful things that happened there, I have so much to tell, but I am so tired right now all I can actually think or say is WOW!! So, I am going to make this post short, I promise to add more when I am rested and coherent! This is the cover of our new catalog, I am still a bit dazed when I look at it, because that is my card on the cover!!! :0 Again, WOW!!! I also want to say a special Thanks to my sweet friend Betsy and her lovely family, I am so glad that I got to start and end this wonderful week with you guys!! :) Now I am going to go watch my kids swim for awhile before bedtime! WOW!
Thanks for stopping by, hope you are having a great day!!

Paper Wings- Angel Art Blog Hop

Welcome to another Angel Art Blog Hop! This month the theme is "clean and simple". This style is not my strong suit, at all. I tried and tried, but this was the best I could do. I need my layers!! This is one of the new sets from the sneak peek promotion that is going on right now, "Vintage Rides", I really love this set!! Paper is from my out of control pile of scraps that is threatening to take over my craft space at any moment. Hope that you are having a great weekend and please be sure to stop by the other Angels blogs to see what they have created for you to enjoy!

Accucut Craft Guest Designer!

A few weeks ago I got an email that totally surprised and delighted me. I was asked to be a Guest Designer on the Accucut Craft Blog!!! Holy Cow, me!?!?  :0 Wow! Thank you so much Traci and Accuct for asking me!!
So here is the project that I chose to share. I made this cupcake mini album a while back for a class, using an Accucut die that is really for a cupcake card. I modified the "wrapper" just a little to create a holder for the chipboard cupcake mini album. For all the details on how I created this project, please follow this link to the Accucut Blog and read more!
Here are a few more pictures of the inside pages

Birthday Chickie

So yeah, I thought I was going to have more time as soon as school was out, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! I know you are laughing with me, or at me, it's okay. Every year I delude myself into thinking that. Every year I am shocked when the 'circus' is suddenly set up in my house! Until two days ago it has been unseasonably cool here, and raining, very strange. So I had two children with lots of free time, stuck inside. Need I say more...
Thankfully, the sun is shinning and the neighbors pool is "open" again!! All will be well! And I hope that next year I will remember the "crazy" first week of Summer break rule. :)
So today I have a sweet little card to share with you, this card was made for someone special, who inspires  me with their beautiful writing all the time. I hope that she likes it!
I made this card using one of Mabelle's adorable images, this one is called "Birthday Chickie".  This image was part of the Spring release, so many cute images in this release, you should check it out! I just got word yesterday that Mabelle has been working on a bunch more cute images for an upcoming Summer release, this month!! Personally, I can't wait, I just love her art work, such a joy to color!
Polka dots and sentiment are from The Angel Company, the sets are "Background Soup" and "Thinking of You". I colored with Copic Markers, added a little stickles to the hat, and a bit of pink ribbon to finish it off.
What do you think?
Thanks for stopping by, hope that you have a lovely day! I will be back tomorrow,( really!) with another fun (exciting to me!) post. There is also another Blog Hop this weekend, starting tomorrow on The Savvy Projects Blog. If you would like to join in the fun, get out your favorite Angel Company Stamps and share your creation by adding it to the link at the bottom of the post. :)
