Clamshell Mini Album

Awhile back there was a challenge on Paper Wings to create something, using one of the clam shell boxes that our stamps come in, this is what I came up with. It is a mini album, the first page is attached to the lid, so when you open the box the pages open up. The last page is the actual box, wouldn't it be great to add a pocket to tuck a little memento? I used a light weight chip board for the pages so they are nice and sturdy. The papers and stamps used are both from The Angel Company, the paper is so bright and funky, it's an 8x8 pad called "kaleidscope gilrz", and the stamp set is a really fun one, "girlz & boyz". I have since seen so many wonderful and really creative things made with these boxes. It's fun to challenge yourself to look at something really plain and ordinary, and then try to find a different way to use it.
