Back in June I made this
CARD with my hostess groups, it was a cute card and a big hit. Many of my sweet ladies bought the ink to stamp on the acetate, so I wanted to remind them to use it again. I also wanted to show how that same card could be turned into a winter themed card, just by changing the stamps used! Any winter themed stamp set would work, but I just love this snowman from "Jingle Jolly", this little guy is colored with Copic markers ( BG01, 05, 09, YG03, 17, R20, C1,3, 00). The snowflakes are from "Ornamental Snowflakes", they are just beautiful and work so well for this type of card. I think this is my favorite color combo this year, I seem to be using it for everything lately!
I hope that you all have had a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving! We celebrated the holiday at our house with family this year (our first time!) and thanks to my wonderful Mother in Law and amazing Husband (they cooked the whole meal!! I did stir the gravy, but then it turned out to have lumps...) we had an the most delicious feast. And a big thanks to my Mom who brought homemade bread and all the pies and cheesecake too (Yumm!!). And of course it would not have been so wonderful if it were not for all the family members that came from afar to share the holiday with us!
